ABSTRACT
The high population number does not make this a driving factor for the development of sharia banks in Tasikmalaya City. The performance of sharia banks must be able to compete by increasing public interest in using sharia bank products. This research aims to analyze the characteristics of respondents and the factors that influence the interest of Muslim community to use sharia banking products in Tasikmalaya City. In this research using descriptive analysis methods and SEM-PLS with a total sample of 204 respondents. The research results show that the variable subjective norms and knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest to use sharia banking products. Other variables such as religiosity, attitude and behavior control do not have a significant influence on interest in sharia banking products.
