AbstractIn recent years, there has been a rapid increase in the number of Islamic investors. A survey by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) reveals that financial inclusion within the Islamic capital market has been rising, reflecting growing public interest in this sector. Despite this, investment decision-making in Indonesia remains relatively low. This research seeks to assess the level of Islamic financial literacy and examine how literacy, inclusion, locus of control, and investment behavior impact investment decisions. The study involved 151 participants, gathered through questionnaires distributed to Sharia investors in DKI Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS and descriptive statistics. Findings indicate that Islamic financial literacy in DKI Jakarta is adequate. Islamic financial literacy, Sharia financial inclusion, and locus of control have a significant impact on investment decisions, whereas investment behavior does not.
